Dignus Group are currently recruiting for an Experienced Support Worker to join our Residential Service based in Coventry.
In Brief – What do Dignus Group Do? Dignus Group provide safe spaces for individuals who have challenging conditions that limit their ability to live independently and achieve the goals that others take for granted.
Key Details of the Role:
- Role: Support Worker
- Pay Rate: From £10.50
- Working Pattern – You will be expected to work Monday – Sunday on a Rota
- Hours – 38 Hours Per Week
- Location: Coventry (CV7 & CV2)
- Contract: Full Time – Permanent
Support Worker Requirements
1-It’s Critical that all Support Workers have a high level of knowledge regarding what the role of a support worker is.
2-All Applicants need to have 1 Years work experience in the U.K.
3-All Applicants need to have at minimum 6 Months Experience in a Social Care setting.
4-All Applicants need to speak and write to a high level of English.
5-We encourage that all support workers have a driving licence, however this is not a must.
6-We encourage that Support Workers have qualifications in a healthcare setting, however this is not a must.
7-We encourage all applicants that get through to interview stage, to prepare and read a full brief job specification.
