We recruit support workers with a genuine passion for delivering support to individuals with complex, challenging needs, and who really want to make a different to our service users’ lives.
Our support workers work within our individual services, encouraging and supporting the service users with all their daily living needs in line with their individual care plan.
Physical tasks include assessing the service users’ needs, completing daily records, and taking on some key domestic duties that ensure a warm and welcoming home environment is maintained.
In addition to the physical elements of our support worker positions, what is key is the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with our service users, providing support not just practically but also emotionally.
Our team leaders play a key role within our care teams, motivating our support staff and providing direct support to our service users.
We know a good team leader gets the best out of their team! So we look for individuals who can share information and ideas, collaborate on tasks and really motivate their team to perform to the best of their abilities.
For our team leader roles, we ask for a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a support worker role, along with the passion and drive to make a difference to our services.
Deputy Home Managers
Our deputy home managers provide direct support to our registered managers in all aspects of running the service and delivering the highest quality care.
It is the role of our deputy home managers to oversee the day to day running of the service in the absence of the registered manager, and support with the management of staff including team meetings and supervisions, inducting new team members, and supporting with learning and development.
Deputy managers are involved in producing staff rotas, approving and tracking annual leave and ensuring that the service is always adequately staffed. They also ensure that all regulatory and contractual standards are met and exceeded.
Our registered managers are fundamental in the delivery of safe and quality care to our service users. They oversee every element of our care service, ensuring that our person-centered vision is brought to life within our care services.
The registered manager role is divided into four areas of responsibility: running the service, actively supporting the service users, administration and financial management, and training and development.
