- Role:ย Senior Support Worker – Supported Living
- Pay Rate:ย ยฃ11.90
- Working Pattern –ย You will be expected to work Monday – Sunday on a Rota
- Hours –ย 38 Hours Per Week
- Location:ย Narel Sharpe Close, B66 1TU
- Contract:ย Full Time – Permanent
As aย Senior Support Worker,ย you will work alongside our Support Workers to share information and collaborate on ideas to help them perform to the best of their abilities.
This will also mean having the skills and sensitivity to deal with challenging situations and resolve them quickly.
You will Continually be assessing service usersโ needs by formulating, implementing, and reviewing care plans.
Being responsible for completing daily records to meet statutory and policy requirements.
Leading a team to complete key domestic duties on a day-to-day basis that ensures a homely environment is maintained.
Maintaining excellent relationships with service users and colleagues, providing emotional and practical support.
Our Ideal applicant will need to have over 1 Years Experience in a U.K Support or U.K Care setting, itโs also desirable to have your Level 2 Health and Social Qualification.
