About the Role

As a Residential Deputy Manager, you’ll be a trusted leader who helps create a positive, safe and fun home for adults with complex needs.

  • Level 3 Health & Social Care (or willingness to complete it)
  • Proven supervisory or leadership experience
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • A calm, resilient and caring approach
