At Dignus Group, great people know great people. Our Refer a Friend scheme gives you the opportunity to recommend someone you trust, and be rewarded for helping us grow our team.
By referring a friend, you're not just helping us recruit. You're helping ensure the people we support continue to receive high-quality, consistent care from individuals you believe in.
What you'll receive
A £500 referral payment when your referral successfully completes their probation period.
Referral payments are subject to PAYE and National Insurance deductions.
How it works

Recommend someone you know
Refer a suitable candidate for any vacant role across Dignus Group.

They apply and are successful
Your referral must be successful in securing a role with us.

They complete their probation period
Once your referral completes their 6 month probation period, your referral bonus is triggered.

You receive your payment
You'll receive a £500 payment, processed through payroll.
How to refer someone
If you know someone who would be a good fit for Dignus Group, here's how to refer them through our careers portal.

Browse our current vacancies
If you see a role that could suit someone you know, you can share the vacancy link with them so they can review the job description and apply.

Create your careers portal account
To share a vacancy, you'll first need an account on our careers portal. Get started at the Dignus Group Careers Centre.

Find a vacancy
Once your account is set up, search and view all current vacancies under the Jobs tab, then select Job Search from the dropdown.

Refer your friend
Click the three dots on the vacancy and select “Refer a friend for this job”. You'll then be asked to enter the person's name and email address.

We connect the referral to you
Once your referral submits their application through the shared link, it's automatically connected to your name. Applicants can also confirm who referred them during the application, so we can track referrals accurately.
Who can be referred?
- Candidates for any vacancy across Dignus Group
- People who align with our values, professionalism and commitment to care
- All referrals go through our standard recruitment and onboarding process
Who can take part?
- The scheme is open to all Dignus Group team members
- You can refer multiple candidates (one bonus per successful referral)
Important information
- The referred candidate must not already be in our recruitment process
- Referrals must be declared at the point of application
- Family members cannot work within the same service, but may be eligible for other roles across the Group
- The referral bonus is paid after successful completion of the probation period
- Payments are made via payroll and are subject to PAYE/NIC deductions
