What the role involves
You will manage an 8‑bedded service supporting adults with complex needs, including autism, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, physical and sensory disabilities and challenging behaviours.

Your role is to create a warm, active and engaging home where people can thrive — a place filled with structure, meaningful activities, new experiences and a sense of belonging.

You will:

  • Lead and support a dedicated staff team
  • Ensure high‑quality, person‑centred care
  • Develop detailed care plans tailored to each individual
  • Build a strong, stable team through recruitment, induction and development
  • Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations
  • Work closely with families, carers and professionals
  • Uphold high standards of safeguarding and quality
  • Support HR processes such as investigations and disciplinaries
  • Take part in the on‑call rota
