What the role involves

You will support adults with a range of complex needs, including autism, learning disabilities, mental health conditions and behaviours that challenge. Alongside providing direct support, you will help lead the team, maintain high standards and ensure the service runs smoothly.

This is a busy, high‑energy role where no two days are the same. You will help people stay safe, build independence and work towards everyday goals that make a real difference.

Working pattern

This service operates 24/7. You will work any 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis, including weekdays and weekends.

  • Level 2 qualification in Health & Social Care
  • Experience supporting adults with complex and challenging needs.
