Who We Recruit

Support Workers

We recruit support workers with a genuine passion for delivering support to individuals with complex, challenging needs, and who really want to make a different to our service users’ lives.

Physical tasks include assessing the service users’ needs, completing daily records, and taking on some key domestic duties that ensure a warm and welcoming home environment is maintained.

In addition to the physical elements of our support worker positions, what is key is the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with our service users, providing support not just practically but also emotionally.

Deputy managers are involved in producing staff rotas, approving and tracking annual leave and ensuring that the service is always adequately staffed. They also ensure that all regulatory and contractual standards are met and exceeded.

Registered Managers

Our registered managers are fundamental in the delivery of safe and quality care to our service users. They oversee every element of our care service, ensuring that our person-centered vision is brought to life within our care services.

The registered manager role is divided into four areas of responsibility: running the service, actively supporting the service users, administration and financial management, and training and development.
