About the Role

As a Residential Deputy Manager, you’ll be a trusted leader who helps create a positive, safe and fun home for adults with complex needs.

You’ll support the Registered Manager to run our 8-bed service in Birmingham — planning shifts, leading your team, reviewing care plans and ensuring everyone receives the highest standard of person-centred support.

Every day is different, but the goal is the same: helping the people you support live fulfilling, independent and joyful lives.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead by example and promote our values: Resilience, Courage, Integrity, Respect, Confidence and Innovation

  • Proven supervisory or leadership experience
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
